V Guard Industries is hiring experienced Business Development Executives to drive appliance and electronics sales across Chennai. This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic professionals with strong sales skills and local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell V Guard’s appliances & electronics products

• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners

• Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into sales

• Track competitor activities and market trends

• Meet monthly sales targets and report to area managers

• Participate in on-ground promotional activities and product demos

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Prior experience in B2C/B2B sales (electronics/appliances preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of local market (Chennai)

• Ability to work independently and travel locally

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹24,000 NTH (Take Home)

• Incentives: Yes (performance-based)

• Petrol Allowance: Yes

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Work Timing: General Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
