🔍 Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our student base by promoting our training programs through direct student outreach, community engagement, and partnerships with educational institutions.


🎯 Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and pitch training programs to students and parents through field visits, local outreach, and in-person interactions, as well as telephonic and online communication.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, training & placement cells, and education consultants.

  • Conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, and educational workshops in institutions and local communities.

  • Engage with potential learners in their localities to create awareness and boost enrollments.

  • Follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and achieve set targets for student acquisition and collaborations.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on student needs, location-based trends, and competition.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT).

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to travel locally and engage in field marketing.

    • Good negotiation and presentation skills.

    • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.

    • Prior experience in EdTech, academic sales, or student outreach is preferred.
