we are looking for business development execuitve.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities:

This involves researching market trends, identifying potential customers, and developing strategies to target those prospects. 

  • Build and maintain client relationships:

    BDM's cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure long-term partnerships. 

  • Develop and implement business strategies:

    This includes creating sales plans, setting goals, and monitoring progress to achieve business objectives. 

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements:

    BDMs negotiate terms with clients to secure new business deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 

  • Collaborate with other teams:

    BDM's work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align efforts and achieve company goals. 

  • Train and mentor sales professionals:

    BDMs may be responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff to improve their skills and performance. 

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance:

    BDM's track sales data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies to achieve sales targets. 

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors:

    BDMs must have a strong understanding of the market and industry to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
