We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and build strategic partnerships in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with a deep understanding of the local property market.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for projects.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities.
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
Handle end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing the sale.
Participate in property expos, exhibitions, and networking events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Excellent knowledge of local property laws, market dynamics, and pricing.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Must be self-driven and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
Candidate should be from Insurance , Banking or Retail Industry .
Experience working with residential and/or commercial projects.
Multilingual abilities (especially regional languages) are a plus.
Salary: upto 30000 , with attractive incentives and commissions

Working Days: 6 days a week [Tuesday fixed off ]
Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
