Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants to promote company products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demos at client offices or project sites.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Track ongoing projects and follow up regularly for conversion.
Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and design mockups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the Architectural/Interior Design industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Ability to understand and explain technical/design concepts effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
