Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Executive (Field Marketing) to join our growing team in the SRI K.R.G CHITS PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably within financial services or chit fund companies. This role requires an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through field marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to promote chit fund schemes and generate new business leads.

• Identify and onboard prospective customers by explaining the benefits of various chit plans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct local marketing campaigns, door-to-door promotions, and participate in area-based promotional activities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue goals.

• Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers.

• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and renewals regularly.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor information to improve marketing strategies.
