Key Responsibilty

Recruit delivery personnel directly or onboard manpower agent.

Ensure hiring targets are met: 15 Delivery boys per month.

Facilitate onboarding by creating system IDs for all new hires.

Track and follow up on payout processes for delivery agents.

Ensure active engagement of delivery staff: Minimum 6 working days per week

Prior experience in manpower hiring or agency recruitment

Strong local network in any of the listed cities.
