Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities: 

•         Identify suitable properties within the city that align with business needs, ensuring adherence to established coordinates, guidelines, and budget constraints. 

•         Assist in property negotiations with landlords and ensuring the best terms and timely closure of deals in line with business timelines and budgets. 

•         Ensure proper documentation of all property agreements, contracts, and transactions. 

•      Collaborate cross-functional teams (e.g., Projects, Operations) to ensure a smooth handover and operational readiness of the properties. 

•         Regularly assess regional real estate market trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks to support informed decision-making and implementation of best practices. 

•         Address and resolve conflicts or issues with landlords and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and relationships. 

•         The candidate will be required to travel extensively,

•         Well networked and connected with local property intermediaries and developers

•         Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets,

•         Knowledge of Google maps, Google Earth,

•         Work alongside and support the regional real estate team to ensure alignment with overall business goals and expansion objectives.
