We are a leading wellness company offering holistic fitness, mental health, and employee engagement services to corporates across India. Our goal is to promote workplace well-being through customized wellness programs.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to identify, pitch, and close B2B deals with companies for yearly wellness contracts. Your role is to grow our client base by selling fitness and wellness engagement services tailored for corporate employees.
Identify and approach HR managers, Admin Heads, and CSR teams of mid to large-sized companies.
Present and pitch our wellness programs (yoga, Zumba, workshops, webinars, etc.).
Convert leads into long-term clients through effective negotiation and relationship building.
Create and send proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in wellness, HR tech, or services).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong network in the corporate sector is a plus.
Self-motivated with a passion for health and wellness.
