Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers.

   • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.

   • Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

2. Sales and Business Development

   • Promote and sell financial products and services (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance).

   • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

   • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to meet customer needs.

3. Customer Retention and Satisfaction

   • Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

   • Identify opportunities to improve customer retention by suggesting relevant products and services.
