Bpo Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular training, feedback, and performance evaluations.

• Generate and manage leads through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all real estate transactions.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and competition.

• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and CRM teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.

• Handle escalations and provide solutions to clients' concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership or senior sales role.

• Strong understanding of local property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and real estate tools/portals.

Preferred:

• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate.

• Strong network of property buyers, investors, and channel partners.

• Knowledge of RERA compliance.
