Position: Sales Executive – Royal Enfield Motorcycles
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Royal Enfield, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers interested in Royal Enfield motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Royal Enfield models.
Conduct test rides and explain key features, specifications, and USPs of different models.
Follow up with leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Assist customers with financing options, exchange offers, insurance, and registration processes.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
Participate in dealership events, promotional activities, and ride campaigns.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred) / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Experience: 1–5 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales (Freshers with passion for motorcycles can be considered).
Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Passionate about motorcycles and the Royal Enfield brand.
Basic understanding of vehicle financing and insurance processes.

Salary:
