Working Timings : 9 to 6.30pm
Working days : Monday to Saturday
Experience : 1 year onwards
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ATM ,Sorters, maintenance, field service, or related
technical roles.
- Experience with ATM hardware,Sorters, Note Counting Machines, software, and related systems is
highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Maintenance & Servicing:
- Perform regular scheduled maintenance and servicing of our machines as per company
guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Ensure machines are operating optimally, including cash sorter , MEI Single Note Acceptors ,JCM
Recyclers ,Thermal Printers , Cheque Depositors,Laser Printers and other key components.
2. On-site Installation and Setup:
- Install new machines at various client locations and ensure they are operational.
- Set up and configure software, security features, and network connections on-site.
3. Fault Diagnosis & Repair:
- Respond to field service requests related to our machines that are malfunctioning.
- Identify issues (hardware/software) quickly and accurately to ensure minimal downtime.
- Replace or repair faulty components as necessary.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts replaced, issues encountered,
and resolution details.
- Complete all job-related paperwork, reports, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain a parts inventory and order replacements as necessary.
5. Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and bank staff during on-site
visits.
- Educate clients on machine operation and provide advice on proper usage.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
6. Compliance & Security:
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local regulations, security standards, and the
company’s procedures.
- Follow all security protocols, including handling sensitive data when working on Machines.
7. Emergency Support:
- Provide emergency technical support during ATM outages or urgent issues.
- Work on-call or outside of regular working hours if required, depending on service level
agreements.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest Sorter, BNA, technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Any Technical Degree / Diploma/ Hardware Networking Certification.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ATM hardware components (e.g., cash dispensers, Recyclers, printers, etc.).
- Familiarity with ATM software and operating systems.
- Understanding of networking and connectivity issues related to ATMs.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and vendors professionally.
- Detail-oriented and organized in reporting and maintaining records.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and parts, sometimes up to 10-15 kg.
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions and on-site environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with specific ATM brands (e.g., MEI BNR ,NCR, Diebold, Wincor Nixdorf,Lipi,
Kores,Hitchi).
- Certification in ATM maintenance or field service.
- Experience with cash management or financial services systems.

Work Environment:
- Field-based role with significant time spent on-site at ATM locations.
May require on-call work or irregular hours depending on service needs.
- Occasional travel to remote or other locations within the designated region.
