• Recruitment and Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents. 

  • Manage a team of agents, providing guidance and support. 

  • Monitor and review agent performance, identifying areas for improvement. 

• Training and Development:

  • Provide training and development programs for agents to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and sales techniques. 

  • Develop agents in line with career development and training requirements of the company. 

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market reach and penetration. 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans. 

• Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers. 

  • Address customer queries and ensure satisfactory resolution. 

• Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor agent performance against key metrics and goals. 

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 

• Other Duties:

  • Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skills. 

  • Supervise and liaise with Self Help Groups/Micro Finance Institutions/NGOs etc. 

  • Ensure company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms
