Key Responsibilities:  Agency Recruitment & Onboarding:  Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners to expand distribution channels.  Conduct orientation and initial training for newly appointed agents.  Agency Development:  Coach and mentor agency partners to achieve individual and team performance goals.  Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement.  Sales Enablement:  Drive achievement of sales targets through agency channels.  Collaborate with agencies on lead generation, customer engagement, and market expansion.  Training & Support:  Conduct regular training sessions on products, compliance, and selling techniques.  Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.  Market Analysis:  Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.  Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on market conditions and agency performance.
