Associate Agency Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Agency Development Manager to drive business

growth through the recruitment, development, and performance management of our agency

partners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and relationship management

skills to build a high-performing agency network.

Key Responsibilities:

 Agency Recruitment & Onboarding:

 Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners to expand distribution channels.

 Conduct orientation and initial training for newly appointed agents.

 Agency Development:

 Coach and mentor agency partners to achieve individual and team performance goals.

 Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement.

 Sales Enablement:

 Drive achievement of sales targets through agency channels.

 Collaborate with agencies on lead generation, customer engagement, and market expansion.

 Training & Support:

 Conduct regular training sessions on products, compliance, and selling techniques.

 Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

 Market Analysis:

 Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

 Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on market conditions and agency

performance.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in any stream
