Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve business goals. Agent Recruitment:
Developing various sources for agent hiring and building a team of agents.
Agent Training and Development:
Ensuring agents have adequate product knowledge and providing ongoing training, including field demonstrations (FODs).
Sales and Business Development:
Working with agents on planning and reviewing their activities and goals, ensuring they meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
Holding customer meetings to understand their needs, ensuring customer queries are addressed satisfactorily, and promoting customer loyalty.
Product Mix and Adherence to Business Norms:
Ensuring the team achieves the desired product mix sales ratio and adheres to company guidelines.
Performance Management:
Monitoring agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and working with agents to enhance their productivity and persistency.
