Track agent performance using CRM and sales tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and present them to leadership.
Compliance & Ethics
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
Maintain a high standard of market conduct and agent integrity.
Graduate (any discipline)
1–4 years of experience in sales, & marketing
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with local market and client behavior
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
