Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and enhance customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned areas.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and support customer interactions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.

Qualifications:
