We are looking for a proactive and strategically minded Area Sales Manager — either someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative ready to step up, or a new ASM looking to build a career in a high-growth, design-focused healthcare brand.

You’ll be responsible for:
Visiting clinics, IVF centers, and wellness spaces to pitch our premium workwear to doctors and decision-makers
Understanding the everyday pain points in current uniforms — from discomfort to lack of fit or functionality
Recommending customized uniform solutions that are stylish, breathable, and tailored to each client’s needs
Observing buying behavior, gathering feedback, and spotting trends or gaps in the market
Feeding actionable insights back to our design and product teams to help sharpen our offerings
Playing an active role in how DSM Workwear is positioned across different geographies and sectors
