Site Supervision:
Regularly visit all assigned locations to monitor and evaluate the quality of housekeeping services.
Staff Management:
Supervise and coordinate a team of housekeeping supervisors and staff.
Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new housekeeping personnel.
Ensure staff adhere to work schedules and company policies.
Client Coordination:
Maintain good relationships with clients and promptly address their feedback or complaints.
Conduct periodic review meetings with clients regarding service quality and improvements.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Oversee inventory of cleaning materials, uniforms, and equipment.
Monitor and control wastage and operational costs.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
Take corrective actions to address non-compliance or deficiencies.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on housekeeping activities, issues, and resolutions.
Maintain records of attendance, performance, and incidents.
