Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation
Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Professional demeanor and proactive problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Reporting
Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings or events
Reports directly to the CEO
May supervise junior administrative staff or coordinate cross-functional teams
