Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation

  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

·  Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Professional demeanor and proactive problem-solving skills

 Work Environment & Reporting

  • Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings or events

  • Reports directly to the CEO

  • May supervise junior administrative staff or coordinate cross-functional teams
