Job Title: Event Operations Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Only from Events Industry – Corporate Events Preferred)
Location: Koramangala 4th block (6 days working)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage event timelines, guest lists, budgets, and logistics.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure flawless execution.

• Must be well-versed with element sheets, lighting setups, and event infrastructure.

• Handle on-ground operations, client requirements, and last-minute changes effectively.

• Ensure smooth event delivery and manage post-event reporting and feedback.

• Must be flexible to work according to event schedules, including late hours or weekends.
  Post events reporting and closure of project

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the events industry is mandatory.

• Prior experience in corporate events is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and adapt quickly on-ground.
  Zoho books knowledge preferred
