About Us: At The Modern Classroom, we're allabout blending education with travel to createamazing experiences for students. We'relooking for enthusiastic folks to join us as TourDirectors/Group Leaders. In this role, you'll bea key part of our hands-on learning programsthat take education beyond the classroom. Ourtours are well-supported by our on-site team,and Tour Directors play a crucial role, linkingour organization, schools, and support team.They're responsible for making sure our toursare a success and for delivering top-notcheducational experiences at The ModernClassroom.

Role and Responsibilities:· Keep a close eye on students' safety andwell-being.· Create an engaging and enjoyable experiencefor students, ensuring their comfort andentertainment throughout the trips.· Work together with teachers, parents, andThe Modern Classroom team for smoothcommunication and coordination of theprogramme.

Requirements:. Must be based out of Bangalore only· 1 to 2 years of experience leading studentgroups on day ,domestic and internationaltravel.· Preferably worked with children acrossdiverse age groups: Nursery to Grade 12IndustryEducation AdministrationProgramsEmployment TypePart-time· Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written, with the ability to engage andinspire students, parents, and schoolrepresentatives. Extrovert, Friendly,Approachable & People Pleaser.· Leadership skills and the ability to mentor andguide students, promoting teamwork andpositive behaviour.· Cultural awareness, adaptability, andsensitivity to diverse environments andcustoms.· Problem-solving skills and the ability to makesound decisions in unexpected or challengingsituations.· Passion for education, travel, and a desire tocreate meaningful learning experiences forstudents.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education,tourism, or a related field (preferred butnot mandatory).Prior experience in education, travel, orworking with students in a leadershipcapacity is an advantage.First aid and CPR certification isdesirable.Proficiency in local languages oradditional languages is a plus.
