Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team for a Solar Rooftop Project in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have experience in the execution, supervision, and commissioning of rooftop solar projects. Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of solar rooftop systems.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.

• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and submit updates to the project manager.

• Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics efficiently.

• Troubleshoot technical issues during and post installation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and electrical standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Must be open to travel and relocate within Rajasthan as per site requirements.
