Roles & Responsibilities •
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot DTH / broadband services, including cable and fiber optic connections at customer premises
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and provide technical support and advice
• Document work performed, including installations, repairs, and troubleshooting steps
• Maintain and update service records, including customer information and equipment specifications
• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and service standards
• Stay up-to-date on the latest broadband technologies and industry best practices
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent customer service
