Job Description:
- Visiting the particular customer place in the allotted time schedule
- Following the Safety Protocols established by the Customer
- Filing the Work Permit/ Visitor Log/ Work Clearance Form before starting the work
- Identifying the fault with the device/ equipment / system
- Solving the Fault/ issue with the device/ equipment / system
- Submitting the proper Service Visit Report to the Reporting Manager(RM)
- Getting acknowledgement from RM before leaving the Customer place
- Submitting weekly and Monthly Reports
- Asset Handling
- Reliable to the Job role
