Qualification - Diploma / BE Electrical

Experience - 2 to 4 Years

Desired Skills:

- Utility Equipment Maintenance (Compressor, Chiller, DG, etc.)

- Electrical Panel Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Knowledge of Electrical Wiring & Conducting

- Understanding of Industrial Electrical Systems

- Vendor Coordination & Supervision

- Ability to Read and Interpret Electrical Drawings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive and running maintenance as per the defined schedule.

• Conduct regular checks on plant machinery and electrical panels, including cleaning, parameter reading, and routine upkeep.

• Identify and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and promptly escalate issues to the Plant Manager.

• Perform continuous monitoring (every 30 minutes) of utility systems such as:

o Process Chillers

o Process & FCU Pumps

o Comfort Chillers

o Cooling Towers

• Maintain detailed breakdown and maintenance reports.

• Reset and restart machinery safely after power outages.

• Supervise vendor activities during installations, maintenance, or repairs.

• Ensure effective execution of all electrical and mechanical tasks, including:

• Conduiting, wiring, and lighting maintenance

• Panel and sensor inspection, repair, and replacement

• General troubleshooting and safety checks
