ITI Electrician

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, and facilities are maintained in a safe, functional, and presentable condition. This includes performing regular inspections, handling minor repairs, coordinating with contractors, and keeping detailed maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), and equipment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or servicing.

• Maintain logs of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
