Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Retail Expansion Executive with a background in electrical work and site engineering to support our store rollout projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site readiness, manage vendor coordination, and ensure all electrical and civil works meet company standards during new store openings and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site visits and assess location readiness for new retail outlets.

• Supervise installation of electrical systems, lighting, and power backup.

• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards across all locations.

• Monitor civil and interior works progress at each site.

• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution.

• Track project timelines and escalate delays or site issues to management.

• Conduct quality checks and final handover for store launch.

• Maintain documentation of site work, approvals, and vendor bills.

• Support preventive maintenance planning post-handover.
