Job Title- Social Media Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Social Media Associate to

join our marketing team. You will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution,

and monitoring of our social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is passionate about social

media trends, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in planning and executing the social media calendar aligned with marketing

campaigns and product launches.

 Create and schedule engaging content (copy, images, videos, stories, etc.) across all

platforms.

 Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in

a timely and professional manner.

 Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, growth,

and ROI.

 Stay up-to-date on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.

 Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop content.

 Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating creatives, tracking budgets, and

reporting results.

 Assist with influencer and brand partnership coordination.

 Manage social media tools and dashboards (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

 1-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (internships

included).

 Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best

practices.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

 Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Sprout

Social.

 Creative mindset and attention to detail.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

 Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

 Video editing skills (for Reels, Shorts).
