We are a fast-growing South Indian quick-service restaurant (QSR) based in Bangalore, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support the expansion of our business. Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and attract customers.

• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engaging with the online community.

• Support search engine optimization (SEO) activities and monitor website performance.

• Assist in analyzing digital marketing metrics and providing insights for optimization.

Influencer Marketing:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.

• Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, including content creation and monitoring campaign performance.

• Track and analyze the impact of influencer marketing activities and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Marketing Collaterals:

• Support the development of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, posters, menus, and promotional materials.

• Assist in ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

• Coordinate with designers and printers to ensure timely production of high-quality collaterals.

Marketing Content and Communication:

• Assist in creating engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.

• Support the development and management of a content calendar.

• Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Store Events:

• Support the planning and execution of events and promotions at our store to attract and engage customers.

• Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Participate in event analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing and experience with managing influencer campaigns.

• Proficient in content creation and copywriting.

• Basic knowledge of marketing collaterals design and production.

• Experience in event planning and coordination.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
