Social Media Manager (3–4 Years Experience)
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. If you have a strong background in E-commerce social media, know how to craft engaging content, manage high-converting paid campaigns, and collaborate with influencers—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow brand presence across social channels including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta/FB & IG)
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners to expand reach
Write compelling, conversion-focused copy that drives engagement, traffic, and sales
Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and campaign data to optimize strategy
Work closely with design, performance, and content teams to align social with overall brand goals
Requirements:
3–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the E-commerce space
Deep understanding of social trends, performance analytics, and audience targeting
Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations
Strong copywriting skills with a knack for engaging and persuasive content
Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
