     Job Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our clients' social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing monthly content calendars, creating engaging posts, coordinating with the design team for creative, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

·      Manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for clients.

·      Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.

·      Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

·      Content Planning & Creation:

·      Prepare a monthly content calendar with engaging posts, captions, and hashtags.

·      Collaborate with graphic designers to develop high-quality creatives, videos, and stories.

·      Write compelling content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.

·      Community Engagement & Growth:

·      Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages.

·      Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key industry players.

·      Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

·      Performance Analysis & Reporting:

·      Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).

·      Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

·      Optimize content strategies based on data-driven analysis.

·      Campaign Management & Paid Promotions:

·      Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

·      Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

·      Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

·      Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for clients.

·      Skills:

·      Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

·      Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

·      Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.

·      Excellent writing and communication skills.

·      Ability to analyze data and adjust content strategy accordingly.

·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·      Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience in handling multiple brands simultaneously.

·      Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Work Location & Type:

Remote/Hybrid/In-office (As per company policy).

Salary: 22k to 35k per month Male and Female both
