Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can take charge of our digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing campaigns across all social media platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand and business goals.

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Coordinate with the design and video editing team to produce high-quality content.

Write effective and clear captions, hashtags, and ad copies in Hindi & English.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.

Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and provide weekly reports.

Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate and social media marketing.

Manage social media ad campaigns (optional but preferred).

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and real estate-related content trends.

Creative thinking and storytelling ability.

Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, and reel scripting.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Familiarity with Indore's local real estate market is a plus.

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

(Sunday Off)
