Role Overview

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will play a key role in crafting compelling visuals and videos that align with our brand identity. This role focuses on creating impactful marketing materials and engaging social media content, with optional opportunities to showcase photography and videography skills as a value addition.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

• Create promotional materials, including banners, posters, brochures, and infographics.

• Ensure branding consistency across all visual assets.

Video Editing

• Edit short and long-form videos for social media, including reels, stories, and advertisements.

• Add animations, transitions, and sound effects to enhance video content.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign objectives.

Social Media Content Creation

• Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Adapt graphics and videos for different social media formats and platform-specific requirements.

Photography and Videography (Optional)

• Capture high-quality images and video clips during events and promotional activities as needed.

• Support the team in creating visual content that enhances brand storytelling.

• Ensure technical aspects like lighting and framing are optimized for shoots.

Innovation and Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, video editing, and social media content creation.

• Suggest creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Project Management

• Manage multiple design and editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in graphic design and video editing; photography and videography experience is a plus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Familiarity with video editing tools like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Creative Skills:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging content.

• Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
