🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Marketplace Management:

• Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, etc.

• Monitor and update product content: titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, keywords

• Ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates to avoid out-of-stock issues

• Track and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, or account health issues

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment:

• Daily order processing, label generation, and coordination with logistics

• Ensure timely dispatch, returns management, and handling escalations

• Maintain daily sales and order reports in Excel/Google Sheets

📈 Sales & Promotions:

• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and offers

• Track sales trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Ensure maximum visibility of top products through organic and paid tactics

📊 Advertising & Marketing:

• Run and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB) and Flipkart Ads

• Monitor campaign performance (ACOS, CTR, ROAS) and adjust bids/targeting

• Collaborate with design/content team for ad creatives and A+ content
