Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Website Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platform
Upload and update products, images, pricing, inventory, and descriptions
Coordinate with logistics and operations for order tracking and returns
Handle platform integrations like payment gateways, shipping APIs, etc.
Monitor and analyze website performance (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates)
Social Media Marketing
Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads preferred)
Track engagement, reach, conversions, and report performance regularly
Work with design and photo teams for high-quality content
