Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Facebook ad campaigns to generate quality leads at scale.

• Develop and refine audience targeting (custom/lookalike).

• Design engaging ad creatives & copy.

• Launch A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).

• Collaborate with sales/content teams for smooth lead handover.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign results with clear ROI insights.

• Stay updated on Facebook Ads best practices and industry trends.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience managing Facebook Ads for lead generation.

• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, including pixels, custom audiences, and conversion tracking.

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven optimization.

• Good understanding of Google Analytics and CRM platforms.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns under minimal supervision.
