Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Plan and allocate the marketing budget effectively across channels.
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Optimize ROI by monitoring CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
3. SEO & Website Management
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Work with web developers to ensure the website is SEO-friendly and user-optimized.
Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics for website health and traffic trends.
4. Social Media Management
Create and manage engaging content across all major social media platforms.
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and build community presence.
Track engagement metrics and optimize social media strategy.
5. Content Marketing
Oversee the content strategy including blogs, email newsletters, and case studies.
Collaborate with content writers and designers for digital assets.
Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and SEO goals.
6. Email & SMS Marketing
Design and execute email drip campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Segment audience lists and personalize campaigns.
Analyze open rates, click rates, and conversions to improve performance.
7. Lead Generation & CRM
Work with sales and product teams to generate quality leads.
Integrate marketing tools with CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for lead tracking.
Analyze lead sources and improve lead quality and acquisition cost.
8. Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly and campaign-based performance reports.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, SEMrush, etc. for data insights.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
9. Team & Vendor Management
Supervise in-house team or coordinate with external agencies/freelancers.
