Digital marketing manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Role: Full-time (Hybrid and predominantly remote but with occasional in-person meetings & travel)

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM IST

Pay: Rs 35,000- Rs 40,000/- month (negotiable based on experience and skillset)

We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast- growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also manage paid media for them. Our clients spend INR 50L - 5 Cr+  monthly on ads and have extremely high expectations for their partners. Some of our clients include Frido, Canva India, Oziva, Mnmlst, Phool, Ambrane, Suroskie, Ajmal Perfumes and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination for our entire creative ecosystem, including video editor, copywriter, designer, and talent manager and the client team.

• Develop and maintain a robust project management system to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets

• Track and manage project timelines, deadlines, and quality standards across multiple concurrent projects

• Effectively communicate project requirements, expectations, and updates to both internal team members and external clients

• Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews with team members to maintain accountability and prevent bottlenecks

• Manage client communications, ensuring transparent and professional interactions

• Create and maintain detailed project tracking documentation

• Proactively identify potential delays or issues and develop mitigation strategies

• Facilitate smooth handoffs between different team members and departments

• Optimize workflow processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
