Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROI, traffic, leads, conversions).
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including automation and performance tracking.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in managing paid and organic marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
