Digital marketing manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects, aiming to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation through paid ads & organic ads.

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to promote properties and increase lead generation

• Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings for property listings and company websites

• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions to highlight real estate properties

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with the company’s goals for property sales

• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, providing direction and support

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies specifically relevant to the real estate sector

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the real estate industry

• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Ads, and other marketing tools

• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing for real estate projects

• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously
