Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

SEO & SEM Management

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search rankings.

Manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

Social Media Marketing

Create, manage, and optimize content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Marketing

Work with content creators to produce high-quality blogs, infographics, and videos.

Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and audience preferences.

Email & CRM Marketing

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.

Monitor and improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Insights to track campaign performance.

Generate reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
