Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media management. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and has a strong desire to contribute to the online growth of our brand and client businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Assist in developing content strategies for blogs, emailers, landing pages, and social media platforms.

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports on campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and developers to deliver quality campaigns.

• Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

• Assist in email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM-based campaigns.

• Support the team with research and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Basic knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking.

• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic creative tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) is a plus.

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience (internship or full-time role).
