JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re hiring a CRM & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize customer engagement using Zoho CRM, and WhatsApp Marketing. You’ll be responsible for setting up and executing automated campaigns, managing CRM workflows, and driving communication strategies across email and messaging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms Zoho/Whatsapp Marketing.)
Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and customer engagement
Automate marketing and CRM workflows using tools like Whatsapp Marketing.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business goals
Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with GDPR or other relevant regulations
Monitor KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics
Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and CRM performance
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CRM/Zoho CRM/Whatsapp Marketing (minimum 1–2 years)
- Understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM API integrations and third-party plugins is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
