Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API and automated replies

• Update and maintain IndiaMART seller profile for maximum visibility

• Regularly update Google My Business with offers, updates, and respond to reviews

• Track, manage, and respond to all inbound leads from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Google, and website inquiries

• Maintain lead logs and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups

• Handle basic marketing tasks like uploading product listings and managing digital presence

• Prepare weekly reports on leads and engagement metrics
  
  Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Familiarity with IndiaMART, Google My Business, and WhatsApp Business

  • Experience in handling inbound leads is a plus

  • Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (freshers may apply)
