We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of digital campaigns
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates and improvements
Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency
Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing
Manage and grow the company’s presence on all major social platforms
Create and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online reputation
Design and execute email marketing campaigns
Segment audiences and analyze open/click-through rates
Optimize emails for deliverability and performance
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports
Provide actionable insights based on data
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, etc.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media campaigns
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
Strong knowledge of content marketing and social media strategy
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (optional but preferred)
Strong communication and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
