Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).

• Monitor and optimize website traffic and performance (using Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).

• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and the company website.

• Manage social media platforms and drive audience engagement.

• Execute email campaigns and newsletters.

• Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.

• Stay up to date with digital trends and technologies.

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

• Generate leads through online and offline sources (LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, etc.).

• Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos with potential clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on negotiations.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or business development.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle a hybrid role effectively.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
