Digital Marketing Executive

🎯 Job Objective:

To develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns focused on SEO and paid search (SEM), ensuring strong online visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement for the business.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

🔍 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization

• Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and technical SEO

• Monitor and improve search rankings using Google Search Console & analytics tools

• Create backlinking strategies and manage outreach campaigns

• Regular SEO performance reporting

📈 SEM (Search Engine Marketing / Paid Ads)

• Create, run, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display)

• Set up keyword bidding, ad groups, and conversion tracking

• Monitor and optimize ad performance (CTR, CPC, Quality Score)

• Budget handling and ROI tracking for paid ad campaigns

• Coordinate landing pages for better ad performance

📱 Digital & Local Presence

• Manage business listings (Google Business Profile, JustDial, etc.)

• Track leads from online channels and coordinate with the sales team

• Suggest improvements in user experience (website/mobile)

📊 Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and keyword tools

• Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest

• Familiar with WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and landing page builders

• Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions

• Good written English for content suggestions and SEO copywriting

📚 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM focus)
